Andrea is our operations manager and Dr. Hardcastle’s wife. They were married in January 2015 and now have a beautifully blended family with three children. She left corporate America where she was a territory sales representative in food service manufacturing to support her husband and their family business.
Born and raised in Cushing, OK, Andrea attended Cushing High School and then went to the University of Central Oklahoma, where she earned a BA in public relations/journalism. She is a natural DIYer who is willing to take on just about any do-it-yourself project at home. She also enjoys gardening, writing, traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.

Stacy has been working in the dental field since 1993 and started working with Dr. Hardcastle’s team 15 years later. She began her dental career as a registered dental assistant and is certified in CPR. In her current role, she oversees the office and helps wherever she can. She does continuing education courses yearly to keep her RDA up-to-date.
Stacy’s job here is more than just a job to her; it is her passion and what she loves doing every day. She likes working with patients and wants them to feel like family from the time they walk through the door until they leave. She also loves working with Dr. Hardcastle because he is great with his patients and truly cares about others, which shows by how much time he spends with them and through his top-notch dental work. She appreciates that he treats his employees just as well as he does his patients. All in all, she is proud being part of the Village Dental Care family.
When she isn’t helping patients at work, you’ll likely find her at church and making memories with her loved ones. She considers herself beyond blessed with a loving husband, a wonderful son, and two wonderful stepkids. Stacy is a firm believer in treating others the way you want to be treated. She believes kindness goes a long way in life.

Kyla started her career in the dental field in 2019, the same year she joined our team. She loves helping patients and making sure they are happy with the treatment they receive in our office. Even though she is new in the dental field, she feels at home here and loves learning about everything related to dentistry. In her free time, she enjoys painting and spending time with her family.

Shaista has been in dentistry since 2005 and joined us in 2017. She has an associate’s degree in dental hygiene, a Bachelor of Science in biology, and a CPR certification. She loves learning something new every day and has taken many continuing education courses over the years, including Diabetes and Oral Disease, Medical Emergencies, Dealing with Patients with Dental Anxiety, Periodontal Disease and Risk Factors, and Complete Pedo (pediatrics) Care. She also enjoys educating her patients and helping them achieve their dental goals. She likes to help make a difference in their oral health, which is connected to their complete health.
Shaista and her husband have three kids. When not in the office providing excellent dental care, she loves spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and traveling.

Blythe has been working at our office since 2018, a year after she became a hygienist. She loves to educate her patients and help them reach their dental goals. Outside of work she enjoys being physically active and spending time poolside while cooking out. Family and friends are her top priority, so making memories with them means the world to her. She is adventurous and loves to travel and try new restaurants in Dallas.

Noemi has worked at our office since 2019 and as a dental assistant since 2012. She enjoys being part of a great team who loves delivering great service to our patients. When she isn’t helping out patients here, she likes to spend time trying new restaurants and traveling.

John came to Village Dental Care in 2019 with five years of experience in dentistry. He is certified in laughing gas monitoring, CPR, and coronal polishing and has taken courses in CPR and dental implant placement. What he most enjoys about working here is giving someone the confidence to smile who previously would have covered up their teeth or looked away. Outside of work, he enjoys being around good vibes and good music.
